Role: CRM Executive
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to manage incoming leads and keep our client pipeline organised.
What you’ll do
- Respond to and qualify enquiries from our website, Google Ads, Meta ads and calls
- Update and maintain lead and client records in our CRM
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups with the leasing team
- Share property options and updates with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Prepare simple weekly reports on leads and conversions
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in CRM, customer support, inside sales or a similar role
- Good spoken and written English; Tamil is a plus
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Organised, responsive and good at follow-ups
